A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a gap in the practitioner's day that could have been filled by another client. Skinfully Restored has a 48 hour cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please give us a 48 hour notice so we can make the time available for other clients. There are no exceptions. We accept notice for cancellations and rescheduling appointments via phone, text or voicemail to our office number (803)572-5149 only. You also have the option to cancel or reschedule within the patient portal up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointments. We are unable to accept cancellation requests via email or social media messengers. Please note: our system will automatically text you 48 hours before your appointment in order to provide you with ample time to either reschedule or cancel your appointment. Failure to cancel a scheduled appointment prior to 48 hours will result in a loss of booking deposit or a $75 charge on the card on file.  

Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without any prior notification will result in loss of booking deposit or $75 charge to the card on file. Additionally, there will be a fee of up to $300 due prior to booking any future appointments. This fee will go towards your treatment at your scheduled appointment. Failure to follow our cancellation policy will result in this fee to be forfeited. Repeat violations of our cancellation policy may result in termination from our practice.
